§ 138-59. Colorings prohibited.

No person shall offer or expose for sale or sell or have in possession for the purpose of sale any oleomargarine, butterine, suine or any substance in imitation or natural butter or cheese or any substance that is rendered, made, manufactured or compounded out of any animal or vegetable or mineral fat or oil not produced from pure milk or cream from pure milk that is colored, stained or mixed with annotto or any coloring matter or substance.
