§ 138-56. Combination products to be properly labeled.

No person shall offer or expose for sale or have in possession for the purpose of sale any mixture or compound of natural butter or cheese with oleomargarine, butterine, suine or any animal or vegetable or mineral fat or oil or any substance not the product of pure milk or cream from pure milk, except that such mixture or compound shall be sold out of or in or contained in tubs, firkins, pails, vessels or packages marked or labeled as required by § 138-57 of this chapter.
