§ 4-76. Court employees.

The Municipal Court shall have a Clerk and such other employees as may be authorized. They shall be appointed and may be removed by the judge pursuant to civil service requirements and City personnel regulations, and shall be paid in accordance with the annual Salary Ordinance. They shall have such duties as the Judge may assign and are prescribed by law and regulations.
