The Municipal Court, created pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2B:12-1 et
seq., and known as the "Municipal Court of the City of Atlantic City,"
shall be continued, with all the functions, powers, duties and jurisdictions
conferred by the aforesaid statute and any revisions or amendments
thereto, and particularly the amendments set forth in P.L. 1996, c.
95, § 14 (Assembly Bill No. 1416) which became effective
October 24, 1996.
