§ 18-8. Information to be published on website.

Latest version.

The City of Atlantic City shall publish the following information on its website:

A.
All public contracts wherein the City has contracted with any entity for goods and services, including professional services.

B.
All grant receipt documentation setting forth the conditions under which grants were received and the amount of the grant.

C.
Salaries of all employees of the City of Atlantic City, to be listed by job title.

D.
All health inspection certificates for City restaurants.

All legal settlements and judgements.

A recording of all public meetings held in City Council Chambers.
